What can you measure – and why?

Measurement is something most internal communicators think they should be doing more of. Basic measurement in the digital age is now easy, but it is difficult to assess understanding, engagement and business value. It is also difficult to answer the question of ‘why’ measurement needs to be done, not just ‘what’. I look into measurement strategies I’ve found useful and then quantitative and qualitative solutions to answer the question “is that good?”
