As Euroclear’s Enterprise Community Manager, I work in conjunction with the business and technology leaders in helping establish a business-driven global knowledge and social collaboration strategy. Our vision is to improve the company’s global internal flow of knowledge and expertise to bring the best post-trade solutions to our clients to deliver commercial benefits, to transform our employees’ experience in connecting, communicating and sharing knowledge across boundaries (and with our partners and clients), and to enable the company to stay agile and responsive when facing regulatory and market changes. Therefore, facilitating the transformation of the digital and culture workplace change within the organisation.
