What to do now?

You have gotten a meeting invitation for the event. In that, you will have more information about how to join the online conference. Please let us know if you did not receive the meeting invitation. 

How do I join sessions?

In the meeting invitation, you will have links to join the Main Room, where the mail sessions will take place.

Place – Microsoft Teams

·         Main Room – Most of the speaker presentations will take place in the Main Room. 

·         Speaker Q&A Room – You can ask questions to the speakers after their talk in the Speaker Q&A Room 

·         Breakout Room – The round tables will take place in Breakout Rooms. 

          During the event, you will receive links to go from the Main Room, Q&A Room and Breakout Room and vice versa.
