Solutions for problems in Teams

Restart the computer

Try to restart the computer. Some participants tried to restart the computer, and then it worked. 

Use the app or a browser 

If you are using the app and it does not work, please try a browser version and vice versa. 

Try a private or another browser

We have experienced that some people have trouble entering through particular browsers, so try another browser or a private browser. 

The link is not working

Several have succeeded by clicking several times if Teams does not open the first time. 

Sign-in

There is no special login. You use the same login as usual for Microsoft. If you do not have a login, you will be asked to create a new one.

Private/Personal e-mail

We can add a private/personal e-mail (e.g. Gmail) if you cannot get access with your company e-mail. Please send us your private e-mail, and then we will add it as a guest on the Teams.

Uninstall the Teams app 

Uninstall the Teams app, and try again.

Change tenant/tenancy in Teams

Sometimes they need to change tenants in Teams. In the top right corner of Teams, you can change the tenant. See screen dump.

Other devices 

Please try to see if you can join through other devices if it is possible.
