EY Knowledge recognized a need for a dedicated team to explore Emerging Technology and how it could be applied to Knowledge Management. In this session, Ed will cover the burning platform that led to the team’s formation. He will detail the process the team developed to identify issues and triage the projects. He will wrap up with two case studies from the first year of the team.
