How a collaborative team from HR, L&D and IT led a digital literacy transformation project that resulted in a digital employee experience that enabled a small company to exponentially grow, increase employee engagement and become an employer of choice. The focus of the project was on empowering employees to make use of O365 suite to enable better communication, collaboration and knowledge management.
