Allegro is developing dynamically with the number of employees constantly increasing. It’s not surprising that finding relevant information can be challenging and time consuming.

Building enterprise search solution was naturally the first step. However, the Allegro team understood quickly that discovering corporate knowledge is a multi-dimensional problem and often requires different types of interactions with IT systems.

This is how the idea of creating a chatbot was born – an interface that provides natural language support and a more human-style type of communication.
