Frank Sielaff works in the Group Communications department of Merck, the DAX30-listed, global science and technology company headquartered in Germany.
In his career, he could gather 15 years’ experience in digital-driven optimization of communications, IT as well as research and development departments. The industries for which Frank was active range from healthcare and chemicals to automotive and aviation. He successfully realized a variety of international projects with changing stakeholders from multiple fields in blue chip companies. His recent activities have included the development and realization of online communication and marketing strategies and change projects for employees.
Frank holds a Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt. He is married as has two kids.
