Helen Behm currently works as Head of Talent for Shoprite, where she is responsible for the employee experience from recruitment through their journey with the company. Helen worked for 12 years for Spinnaker Software, a tech start-up where she oversaw the entire HR, internal IT and Facilities Management function. With her team, Helen developed a bespoke digital employee experience which became a strategic advantage to the company.
