Jonas Bladt Hansen is Director in Internal Communication for the global Dairy giant Arla Foods, where he is responsible for driving the digital communications agenda. Throughout his career, Jonas has been a curious mind and has proven how you can achieve great results by using behavioural psychology to design communication solutions
In his previous jobs, Jonas implemented one of the first gamified social business platforms which created a lot of attention and in his previous job in Arla he was responsible for the development of Arla’s double award winning Intranet called CheckIn.
In his current role he is looking into how new technology and changes in society will change our ways of communicating. In his presentation, he will share his thoughts on how to create a great Employee Experience anno 2017 and give you some real time insights from Arla.
