Katharina Krentz is passionate about New Work and Social Business.
She is with the Bosch Group since 2005. Since 2012 she drives the topic New Work with focus on digital collaboration, people networks, the usage of the digital workplace and the overall cultural and mindset change, to support the Digital Transformation of the Bosch Group world-wide. In 2015 she has set up the Working Out Loud (WOL) initiative internally and is a strong driver of the German WOL Community of Practice.
