Principal Program Manager
Nadia Huda is a Principal Program Manager in the Microsoft Windows + Devices organization and has been at Microsoft for 15 years. In the early part of her tenure at Microsoft, she drove process and tools optimization for Xbox organization. Many of those improvements were adopted across several Hardware product groups.
Today, Nadia owns end-to-end strategy and delivery for Microsoft Hardware’s Culture of Learning initiative, which aims to cultivate strong collaborative networks across multiple, highly matrixed product groups. This effort is part of Microsoft’s mission to empower people to achieve more and benefits from Nadia’s passion for knowledge equity.
Nadia is a ProSci certified change management practitioner and a 6 Sigma Green Belt.
