Stephanie Raddatz has been head of the Digital Services & Channels department at Wintershall Dea since May 2019. In her position, Stephanie is responsible for all internal and external communication channels, such as the company website and the individual country sites, the company’s own intranet “Wintershall Dea Portal” and Wintershall Dea’s presence in the social networks LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. She also publishes our employee magazine together with her team. Stephi and her team won the Best of Content Marketing Gold Award 2019 (BCM) in the category “International Communication” for their work in the social networks.
