1. What is included in the cost of the conference?

The entry fee includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments and hot drinks during the conference. In between, there are snacks and small dishes available. The networking dinners on March 2 and March 3 have to be purchased separately.

2. Are there any discounts on the ticket price available?

We have special prices if you sign up early for the event or if you bring fellow colleagues. To check our current prices go to TICKETS. If you are thinking about coming as a group, contact us at Info@IntraTeam.com and we will make a special discount depending on the size of the group.

3. Can I give my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can. In case of that, please let us know by writing an email to Info@IntraTeam.com.

4. Can I get my ticket refunded?

Yes you can, however depending on the time of your request, we apply specific rules. Cancellation must be in writing to IntraTeam aps, Info@IntraTeam.com. A service fee of 10% of the full conference price will be charged. For cancellations received 8-14 days before the conference, 50% of the full conference price will be charged.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any fee in connection with cancellations later than 7 days before the conference. But we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee, stating his or her intention to transfer registration to a named individual. In case of cancellation of the conference, IntraTeam aps is only responsible to refund the price paid. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of IntraTeam to alter the content, time or venue.

5. There are 3 sessions at the same time. How does it work? 

We have different sessions at the same time, each a different topic. You can choose your sessions before the event based on your interest. We always provide bullet points and a description of each session. After the event you will be able to download most of the presentations, so you can get to know what you missed.

6. Can I park my car at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia? If so, how much does it cost?

There is an outdoor parking lot with an electronic gate.

06:00 – 18:00: DKK 25 (approx. 3.4 EUR) per hour

18:00 – 06:00: DKK 18 (approx. 2.4 EUR) per hour

24 hours: DKK 200 (approx. 26 EUR)

7. Is there free Wi-Fi at the venue?

Yes. We will provide you with the password when you enter.

8. Is the venue accessible for disabled people?

Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchairs. If that is your case and we should know about it, please inform us by email: Info@IntraTeam.com.

9. What if I have a food allergy/intolerance and I am planning to attend the networking dinner?

If you are joining us for the networking dinner and have a food allergy/intolerance – write to us at Info@IntraTeam.com.

11. Can I get a discount on hotel rooms? 

Get a special discount on hotel rooms. The rate is available until 3 weeks before the conference and there is a limited amount of rooms. Be aware that you may find rooms at a cheaper price through other channels due to Radisson’s price structure.
