Are there any discounts on the ticket price available?

We have special prices if you sign up early for the event or bring fellow colleagues. To check our current prices, go to tickets. If you are thinking about coming as a group, contact us at, and we will make a special discount depending on the group size.

Can I get my ticket refunded?

Yes, you can; however, depending on the time of your request, we will apply specific rules. Cancellation must be in writing to IntraTeam aps, A service fee of 10% of the full conference price will be charged. For cancellations received 8-14 days before the conference, 50% of the full conference price will be charged. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any fee in connection with cancellations later than seven days before the conference. In case of conference cancellation, IntraTeam aps is only responsible for refunding the price paid. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of IntraTeam to alter the content, time or venue.

When you sign up for our events, you will receive a meeting invitation with more information about the event. Please let us know if you did not receive the meeting invitation.

Online conferences 

How do I join sessions?

You will have links to join the online event in the meeting invitation. The event will take place in Microsoft Teams meetings:   

•         Main Room – Most of the speaker presentations will take place in the Main Room
•         Speaker Q&A Room – You can ask questions to the speakers after their talk in the Speaker Q&A Room 
•         Breakout Room – The round tables will take place in Breakout Rooms.

During the event, you will receive links to move between the Main Room, Q&A Room, and Breakout Room and vice versa. 


Most of the sessions will be recorded and uploaded in our close community for the event. You will receive more information about the recordings and community after the events. 

In-person conferences

The conference will be held at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Copenhagen.

How to get there? 

We recommend using Google Maps for  train, metro, or bus timetables. Metro M2 towards Vanløse St. from Copenhagen Airport takes 11 minutes to get to Christianhavn St. Afterwards, you have an 850-meter walk to the hotel. 

Bus 5A from Copenhagen Airport towards Husum Torv stops in front of the hotel, Radisson BLU Scandinavia. In the daytime, the bus goes every 5 minutes. You can buy a ticket from the airport, at the ticket information desk or on the bus using cash. On the way back to the airport, you take 5A towards Lufthavnen. 

You can also take the train from Copenhagen Airport to the Main Railway Station in Copenhagen. The Radisson BLU Scandinavia Hotel is about 25 25-minute’ walk from the Main Railway Station in Copenhagen. 

The approximate taxi cost from the airport is 300 DKK/28 EUR. You can park your car at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Copenhagen. There is an outdoor parking lot with an electronic gate. 

Per hour: DKK  30 (approx. 4.36 EUR) 

24 hours: DKK 235 (approx. 34.19 EUR)
