Are there any discounts on the ticket price available?

We have special prices if you sign up early or bring colleagues. To check our current prices, go to tickets. If you are thinking about coming as a group, contact us at Info@IntraTeam.com, and we will offer a special discount depending on the group size. Members of IntraTeam and IntraNätverk get member prices, and colleagues of members can get a 20% discount. 

Can I get my ticket refunded?

Yes, you can. However, depending on the time of your request, we will apply specific rules. Cancellation must be in writing to Info@IntraTeam.com. A service fee of 10% of the full conference price will be charged. For cancellations received 8-14 days before the conference, 50% of the full conference price will be charged. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any fee for cancellations later than seven days before the conference. IntraTeam aps is only responsible for refunding the price paid in case of conference cancellation. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of IntraTeam to alter the content, time or venue.

When you sign up, you will receive a meeting invitation with more information about the event. Please let us know if you did not receive the invitation.

In-person conferences 

Place and address 

The conference will be held at Microsoft. 

Address: Kanalvej 7, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. 

How to get there? 

We recommend using Google Maps or Rejseplanen for  train, metro, or bus timetables. 

Parking:

The ramp for parking is located on Kanalvej 7 to the left of the main entrance. To park for free within Microsoft’s parking hours, you must register your number plate using the QR code in the basement. If you park outside Microsoft parking hours (07.30 am – 5.00 pm), please see the payment system on the parking levels. Parking is open to the public on weekdays from 5.00 pm. to 8.00 am. and at weekends. The system counts arrivals and departures so that free parking can be available throughout the day.

Blue space (parking lots): Microsoft employees and guests (our guests can also park here. Remember to register their parking using the QR codes)  

Yellow space (parking lots): Public parking (guests must pay for the parking themselves). 

Level 2: Microsoft has two floors with parking. If you cannot find a place on -1, you can drive down on -2. 

All our guests arriving by car must remember to register their parking.

Road work is being done in connection with constructing a new light rail in Lyngby. This link shows what challenges there may be when travelling to Microsoft. The page is continuously updated (in Danish). 

What is included in the cost of the conference? 

The entry fee includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and hot drinks during the conference.

Is the venue accessible for disabled people? 

Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchairs. If that is your case and we should know about it, please write to Info@IntraTeam.com

What if I have food allergies/intolerances or preferences?

Online conferences 

How do I join sessions?

You will receive links to join the online event in the meeting invitation. The event will take place in Microsoft Teams meetings:   

•         Main Room – Most of the speaker presentations will take place in the Main Room
•         Speaker Q&A Room – You can ask questions to the speakers after their talk in the Speaker Q&A Room 
•         Breakout Room – The round tables will take place in Breakout Rooms.

During the event, you will receive links to move between the Main Room, Q&A Room, and Breakout Room and vice versa. 

Recordings? 

Most sessions will be recorded and uploaded in our close community for the event. You will receive more information about the recordings and community after the events.
